LA LIBERTÉ D’EXPRESSION A BESOIN D’UN « RECALIBRAGE » : CETTE AUSTRALIENNE SUSCITE L’INDIGNATION À DAVOS

La commissaire australienne à la sécurité électronique, Julie Inman, a haussé les sourcils lundi, déclarant au Forum économique mondial qu’il fallait un « recalibrage » de la liberté d’expression.

« Nous nous retrouvons dans un endroit où nous avons une polarisation croissante partout, et tout semble binaire alors que ce n’est pas nécessaire – donc je pense que nous allons devoir réfléchir à un recalibrage de toute une gamme de droits de l’homme qui se jouent en ligne – de la liberté d’expression, pour être à l’abri de la violence en ligne . Ou du droit à la protection des données, au droit à la dignité de l’enfant », quoi que signifie cette dernière partie.
